  • • Designed and built an in-house real-time chat service on AWS API Gateway WebSockets, Lambda, and DynamoDB, replacing a third-party vendor dependency with a horizontally scalable service for bidirectional messaging.
  • • Built an AI video editing pipeline — OpenAI Whisper transcription, GPT-5.5 segment extraction and prompt matching, FFmpeg assembly, and S3 delivery — enabling users to generate edited clips from a natural-language prompt.
  • • Modularized the LLM layer into independent, testable stages (transcript cleanup, segment extraction, prompt matching), with schema-constrained outputs and validation retries to improve consistency of AI-generated edits.
  • • Integrated Agora Video Calling and Whiteboard SDKs to deliver collaborative live sessions with interactive annotation for remote technician support.
  • • Implemented platform-wide Role-Based Access Control spanning 103 granular permissions across 39 domains, with 9 built-in roles plus support for unlimited custom roles, exposed through a configurable Super Admin panel.
  • • Built a unified notification layer using Firebase Cloud Messaging for cross-platform push and AWS SES for transactional email covering onboarding, invitations, and workflow alerts.
  • • Developed and maintained 200+ RESTful endpoints in Python on a serverless AWS stack (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch); optimized OpenAI response workflows to cut average latency from 30s to 15s.
